Additional Information: The Tubes, formed in San Francisco, were known for their theatrical live shows and eclectic blend of genres. Their frontman, Fee Waybill, brought a unique stage presence and helped the band gain a following with hits like "White Punks on Dope." The Beans was an earlier incarnation of The Tubes before they gained fame in the mid-1970s.
