Offered Here: Stone Temple Pilots 1990s-2000s Band Autographed Matted Press Photo With Passes
Item Details: This exceptional 1990s-2000s Stone Temple Pilots presentation display is an ultimate piece of alternative rock history, capturing the definitive lineup of the legendary band. Encapsulated within a classic black-and-white matte layout is an original band-autographed promotional press photograph, hand-signed by the late iconic frontman Scott Weiland, the DeLeo brothers (Robert and Dean), and drummer Eric Kretz. Compounding its rarity, the presentation seamlessly showcases eight laminated backstage passes sourced from various tours spanning their peak decades. Previously framed and preserved in very good condition with all components securely adhered inside the matte boards, this display-ready archive measures approximately 17 x 23 inches and serves as a spectacular monument to one of grunge's most influential groups.
Formed in San Diego with vocalist Scott Weiland, bassist Robert DeLeo, guitarist Dean DeLeo and drummer Eric Kretz, Stone Temple Pilots became one of the most commercially successful American rock bands of the 1990s, beginning with their multi-platinum 1992 debut album "Core." The single "Plush" earned the band a Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance, and their 1994 follow-up "Purple" reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Although first grouped with the grunge movement, the band drew on glam, psychedelia and classic rock across later albums such as "Tiny Music... Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop," and this original lineup remains closely associated with the era's alternative rock sound, particularly after Weiland's death in 2015.
Condition: Very good. Item is matted and ready for framing.
