This is the personal one-sided test acetate of the 1973 track "Cindy Incidentally," belonging to the legendary keyboardist Ian McLagan. Cut by Apple Corp, the acetate features a standout track from the Faces' final studio album, "Ooh La La." As a unique artifact owned by a band member, it provides insight into the band's production process.
Additional Information: The album "Ooh La La" was released in 1973 as the final studio album by the Faces, featuring Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, and Ian McLagan. Provenance/Authenticity: This lot comes directly from the private collection of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Ian McLagan, legendary founder and keyboard player of iconic rock band The Small Faces / Faces. McLagan who also toured with The Rolling Stones, The New Barbarians and Bob Dylan, and recorded with dozens of artists. It will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Lee McLagan, on behalf of the Ian McLagan estate.
Condition: The acetate is in good condition, with several surface scratches and common signs of aging and storage typical for a studio reference disc of this vintage. These marks are characteristic of the acetate format and reflect its history as a functional tool within a personal collection.
