Offered Here: Anthrax 1986 Dan Spitz Worn Spreading the Disease European Tour Sweatshirt. This piece of heavy metal memorabilia is an authentic 1986 Anthrax Spreading the Disease European Tour sweatshirt. It was personally owned and worn by lead guitarist Dan Spitz. The sweatshirt features the iconic Not Man graphic on the front and European tour dates on the back. The collar has been cut out, adding a personalized touch from the era. The laid-flat measurements are approximately 22 inches across the chest by 23 inches in length. Provenance/Authenticity: This lot comes directly from the personal collection of Lianna Spitz, daughter of legendary original Anthrax lead guitarist Dan Spitz. Serving as the lead axeman for the band during their golden era from 1983 to 1995, and again during the highly anticipated classic lineup reunion tours from 2005 to 2008, Spitz was a primary creative force behind the band's multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated catalog. This item comes with impeccable family lineage and will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity. Condition: The sweatshirt is in very good vintage condition with expected signs of wear and aging. The modified collar is cleanly intact, and the fabric is structurally sound with distinct graphics. SKU: LSC1003
