Here are a few things that you should check before you call us:

  • Double check your spelling. This is the problem 99% of the time. Login is NOT case sensitive, but you must make sure that you don't accidently put spaces at the beginning or the end of your user ID or password. Try completely erasing the user ID and password you entered and type it again.
  • You must have cookies turned on. If you have set you browser to refuse cookies, login will not work. You must allow your browser to accept cookies from our website because your login status is stored in a cookie.
  • Do not set your firewall to refuse cookies. Some firewalls can be set to strip cookies out of the connection between your browser and our website. If you have a firewall running, try checking to see if it has been set to strip cookies. If you don't know where this setting is, try temporarily disabling the firewall and then attempt to login again. If you are able to login after disabling your firewall, then the firewall is the problem and you will need to adjust your settings on it. If you do not know how to do this, then find someone that can help you or call the tech support line for the firewall. We will not be able to answer direct support questions about your firewall. We do not advocate keeping your firewall disabled for any extended length of time, so please take the time to get your settings corrected.
  • If all else fails, try a different browser. There is a chance that your browser could have some other setting corrupted or incorrectly set. We cannot account for all the possibilities here, but one way to correct the problem is to try a different browser. One good browser is Firefox from Download and install it, then try logging in using it.
