This in-house award was presented to Charlie Lake in recognition of his role in helping Van Halen establish themselves nationally during the release of their first album. The award measures approximately 17 x 20 inches. The front plexiglass is included but is no longer attached to the frame, which also has a small chip in the bottom right corner.
