This collection includes six individually signed management agreements from each member of the original lineup of The Marshall Tucker Band, dated April 15, 1975. The agreements are for management services provided by Phil Walden, President of Capricorn Records. Included are signatures from Toy Caldwell, Paul Riddle, Thomas Caldwell, Jerry Eubanks, Harold Doug Gray, and George McCorkle. Additionally, a two-page addendum from May 1, 1977, extends these contracts through 1978.
