Offered Here: Small Faces 1996 Long Ago & Worlds Apart - A Tribute to the Small Faces LP with Rare White Label Single & Sheet Music. This unique collection brings together a tribute to the Small Faces' lasting impact with personal items from the estate of keyboardist Ian McLagan. It includes the 1996 tribute LP 'Long Ago and Worlds Apart' featuring covers by notable UK acts of the time. Additionally, there is a rare white label promotional 7-inch single, hand-annotated by McLagan, featuring performances by P.P. Arnold and Primal Scream as well as Stevie’s Buzz covering 'Autumn Stone'. The collection also includes two sheets of original sheet music from Southern Music Publishing for 'I Can't Make It' and 'Here Come the Nice'.

Provenance/Authenticity: This lot comes directly from the private collection of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Ian McLagan, legendary founder and keyboard player of iconic rock band The Small Faces / Faces. McLagan who also toured with The Rolling Stones, The New Barbarians and Bob Dylan, and recorded with dozens of artists. It will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Lee McLagan, on behalf of the Ian McLagan estate.
Condition: The 1996 tribute LP is in excellent condition, while its jacket shows typical signs of wear and storage, graded as very good. The promotional 7-inch single is in very good condition, with the B-side slightly off-center but remains playable, marked personally by McLagan. The sheet music booklets are in pristine condition, offering a preserved glimpse into the music legacy.
