Offered Here: Lot of 2 Progressive Rock Official Tour Programs Asia + Yes
Item Details: Attention progressive rock collectors and music historians, this is your chance to own a stellar piece of arena-rock history with this fantastic lot of two official vintage tour programs. The first piece features the legendary band Yes from their monumental 1983 90125 world tour, capturing the band at the height of their massive global resurgence. Accompanying it is an official tour program from the iconic supergroup Asia during their celebrated 1984 tour, celebrating the synth-driven arena sound that defined the era. Both vintage items are preserved in good condition, showing honest and common signs of age, handling, and storage wear that only add to their authentic, decades-old rock and roll pedigree.
Yes and Asia were closely linked bands that showed how progressive rock musicians adapted to the radio-driven early 1980s. Asia formed in 1981 with former Yes members Steve Howe and Geoff Downes alongside John Wetton and Carl Palmer, and its 1982 debut album spent nine weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Yes followed with a reinvented lineup featuring guitarist Trevor Rabin and producer Trevor Horn on 1983's 90125, whose single "Owner of a Lonely Heart" became the band's only No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.
Condition: Good with signs of wear, display, and storage.
