This distinctive lot includes two rare handwritten letters from Keith Moon, the legendary drummer of The Who, addressed to his wife, Kim. The letters, authored in September 1967, coincide with The Who's debut U.S. tour supporting Herman’s Hermits. During the tour's midpoint, Moon's letters convey deep personal emotions and updates about family life, including his young daughter and the band's photo sessions.

McLagan who also toured with The Rolling Stones, The New Barbarians and Bob Dylan, and recorded with dozens of artists.
