Offered Here: Ian McLagan 1991 - 2019 The Mod Archive - Signed Books, Programs & London Rock History. This curated collection of Mod history and London rock-and-roll lore is sourced directly from the personal estate of Ian McLagan. The lot includes a unique 2007 review copy of Lars Madelid’s "Rock Tours In London Road Runner" featuring a personal handwritten note from the author to McLagan and a second standard copy of the same 2007 edition. Additionally, it has Shawn Levy’s 2002 cultural history "Ready, Steady, Go!" and a 1991 copy of the definitive photo book "Mods!" by Richard Barnes. The collection is further enriched by a souvenir brochure from 2019's "The Grand Mod Experience" and a 2017 program for Carol Harrison’s "All Or Nothing: The Mod Musical." These items compile a specialized library of the subculture McLagan helped define, preserved within his own personal archive.

Provenance/Authenticity: This lot comes directly from the private collection of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Ian McLagan, legendary founder and keyboard player of iconic rock band The Small Faces / Faces. McLagan who also toured with The Rolling Stones, The New Barbarians and Bob Dylan, and recorded with dozens of artists. It will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Lee McLagan, on behalf of the Ian McLagan estate.
Condition: The items are in very good condition, representing well-preserved pieces of modern Mod ephemera and literature. The books and other materials exhibit minor wear consistent with careful storage and handling.
