Offered Here: Faces 1969 - 1975 Lot of 10 Photographer Stamped Photos. This lot features 10 black and white photographs of The Faces, each measuring approximately 8 x 10 inches. The collection includes 4 photos of the entire band, 1 photo of Kenny Jones, and 5 photos of Ian McLagan. Each photograph is stamped with the photographer's mark on the reverse side.
Additional Information: The Faces, active from 1969 until 1975, were a British rock band known for their energetic live performances and blues-influenced rock sound. The band was formed after the breakup of The Small Faces, with members Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Ronnie Lane, Ian McLagan, and Kenney Jones. During their relatively short career, The Faces released four studio albums and became one of the most popular live acts of their time, contributing to the rise of rock music in the early 1970s.
Provenance/Authenticity: This lot comes directly from the private collection of Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Ian McLagan, legendary founder and keyboard player of iconic rock band The Small Faces / Faces. McLagan who also toured with The Rolling Stones, The New Barbarians and Bob Dylan, and recorded with dozens of artists. It will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by Lee McLagan, on behalf of the Ian McLagan estate.
Condition: All photographs are in very good condition, maintaining clarity and detail with photographer stamps intact on the reverse. Each photo measures approximately 8 x 10 inches and retains a crisp black and white quality.
