Bearing Serial No. 51080053, the amplifier was manufactured in 2004 and served as a backline and backup amplifier during Van Halen’s 2004 World Tour.

Additional Information: The 2004 World Tour marked Van Halen's reunion with Sammy Hagar as the frontman after a prolonged hiatus. Spanning North America with multiple sold-out performances, this tour was notable for revisiting the band's classic hits while introducing new material.
