Offered Here: Eagles 2017 Lot of 2 Cassic East & West Triple A Backstage Passes
Item Details: A remarkable piece of contemporary classic rock history, this lot features two authentic "All Access Area" (AAA) backstage passes issued directly to the Eagles' longtime road manager, Jerry Vaccarino, for the historic 2017 Classic West and Classic East bi-coastal festivals. This highly collectible pairing includes one standard AAA pass alongside an elite gold foil variant AAA pass, both preserved in very good condition. Held in July 2017 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Citi Field in New York City, these massive, dual-destination stadium events featured a historic, powerhouse lineup of rock legends including the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Journey, The Doobie Brothers, and Earth, Wind & Fire. Notably, these monumental festival performances marked the Eagles' emotional return to the stage following the passing of founding member Glenn Frey, making these direct-provenance road manager passes an incredibly rare and essential acquisition for the discerning rock & roll curator.
The Classic West and Classic East festivals, held in July 2017 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Citi Field in New York, were the Eagles' first concerts after the death of co-founder Glenn Frey in January 2016, with Frey's son Deacon and country musician Vince Gill joining the lineup. The events brought together several of the most commercially successful acts of the 1970s, including Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, Journey, The Doobie Brothers and Earth, Wind & Fire, reflecting the lasting audience for that era's rock and pop. The Eagles, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, have one of the best-selling catalogs in American music history, and their compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) ranks among the best-selling albums ever in the United States.
