Offered Here: Eagles 2007 Glenn Frey Autographed Long Road Out of Eden CD w COA
Item Details: This premier auction item features the Eagles multi-platinum double album, Long Road Out of Eden, beautifully autographed by band co-founder Glenn Frey. The legendary singer and songwriter hand-signed the front cover artwork in a striking silver marker, creating a brilliant contrast against the dark background. Released in 2007 as the band's final studio album featuring Frey, this highly desirable piece comes complete with a certificate of authenticity to ensure its provenance and value for serious rock music collectors.
Provenance / Authenticity: Roger Epperson (REAL) Letter of Authenticity
Glenn Frey co-founded the Eagles with Don Henley in Los Angeles in 1971, and the pair's songwriting partnership produced many of the band's best-known songs, including "Take It Easy," "Hotel California" and "Lyin' Eyes," helping define the country-inflected Southern California rock sound of the 1970s. Released in 2007, Long Road Out of Eden was the Eagles' first studio album of new material since The Long Run in 1979, and despite being sold in the United States exclusively through Walmart and the band's website, it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It remained the group's final studio album, and the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998, nearly two decades before Frey's death in January 2016.
Condition: The double compact disc set and its packaging remain in exceptionally good condition, presenting little sign of wear, ageing, or storage. The autograph is boldly displayed, clear, and perfectly preserved on the cover jacket without any smudging or fading. Both physical discs are immaculate and free of surface scratches, while the housing case retains its structural integrity with no cracks or significant blemishes.
