Offered Here: Dwight Yoakum 1990s-2000s Lot of 10 Guitar Picks With COA

Item Details: A piece of genuine honky-tonk history featuring a lot of 10 Dwight Yoakam guitar picks. Dating from the 1990s to the 2000s, this collection comes directly from the era of the country music star and actor's powerhouse career. Each of the 10 tortoise-shell-colored guitar picks features Dwight's printed signature on one side, offering a collectible look at his signature style.

Provenance/Authenticity: Randall "Zeke" Clark is a renowned luthier and legendary guitar/amp technician who got his start in the San Francisco music scene in the 70s, working with various A-list artists until moving to LA in the 80s, where he worked for Eddie Van Halen.

From 1985 to 1993, he served as Edward Van Halen’s lead guitar and amp tech, transitioning to the crew with Sammy Hagar to maintain the band's gear through the monumental 5150, OU812, and For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge eras.

Beyond his historic tenure as the custodian of Eddie's tone, Clark's elite five-decade career includes building, repairing, and maintaining specialized gear for iconic artists such as Prince, Sammy Hagar, Journey, Heart, Poison, and others. This curated selection of items offers collectors a unique and direct connection to rock history through the hands of a master craftsman who shaped the sound of guitar royalty.

This item was personally handled, vetted, and released by Zeke Clark, ensuring its authenticity and rock-history provenance. Zeke Clark utilizes an Official Personal Signature Stamp to validate and inventory documents and artifacts released directly from his private estate. This item comes with his personal ink-imprinted signature stamp on the certificate of authenticity, which serves as his legally binding, authorized mark of verification and carries the full weight of a hand-signed signature.

Dwight Yoakam emerged from the Los Angeles club scene of the early 1980s, where he shared bills with roots-rock and punk acts, and his 1986 debut album Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc. helped bring the twangy, electric Bakersfield sound of Buck Owens and Merle Haggard back to mainstream country radio. His 1988 duet with Owens on "Streets of Bakersfield" reached No. 1 on the Billboard country chart and revived interest in Owens' career, while his 1993 single "Ain't That Lonely Yet" earned him a Grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance. Yoakam's blend of honky-tonk tradition, rockabilly energy and a distinctive West Coast image made him one of the most recognizable country artists of the 1990s, and his acting work, including the 1996 film Sling Blade, extended his reach well beyond country music audiences.
