Italian-Canadian singer Gino Vannelli moved to New York at the tender age of 21 in search of the almighty 'Big Break'. After a few small hits, Gino's spotlight started to shine bright in 1975, when he made his first TV debut on Soul Train, which also marked the first appearance of a Caucasian singer on Don Cornelius' legendary show.
