These are among the finest and most spectacular, never-before-seen, B.T.O. concert slides one could hope for. This lot contains 36 sensational concert slides from their June 1976 show at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas.
The original photographer of these amazing slides was Jim Townsend, a Houston based independent concert photographer, who was mostly active during the 1970s.
The slides featured in this auction lot are generally in excellent condition. Some slides might have some surface spots which can easily be removed with a micro fiber cloth or - even better - a film cleaning agent such as PEC 12. The slides have been preserved in a climate controlled environment and were stored in their original acid-free pocket sleeves. Also note that the individual images as seen in this lot have, for the purpose of this auction, been scanned with a Nikon "CoolScan V" scanner.
