As the makers from 'Antique Apparatus' would say "Quality Is Always In Style"! The original 'Gazelle' is arguably the rarest of jukebox wonders, with only a few hundred of these elegant wartime machines ever made. It features art deco fawns, playing the Pipes of Pan, with two leaping gazelles etched in mirrored glass panels underneath. The gazelles are brilliantly illuminated with ever-changing colors, making for a most spectacular visual display.
The Rock-Ola Gazelle as featured here was re-created by Antique Apparatus in May of 1984, combining a (November) 1974 Rock-Ola body with 1984 Rowe machinery and computer parts (it has a RI-5 phonograph). The jukebox is in spectacular condition and comes complete with official documentation and manual. The serial number is #10174.
Please note: Because of the size and weight, the jukebox will have to be professionally crated for transport and shipped through a private carrier. The jukebox will be shipped from New Jersey. For those living within drivable distance to New Jersey, pick-up arrangements can be made as well. |
